In a development closely related to the AEMC’s call for submissions on the incorporation of Negawatts in the price setting and dispatch process , we note that (on 20th December 2018) the AEMO submitted a rule change request for the establishment of a Short Term Forward Market (the AEMC page is currently here and the AEMO proposal is currently here).
