Essential Energy have released their 2013 demand side engagement strategy document which discusses “credible alternatives to network augmentation, leading to more efficient network investment and lower costs for customers”. The document invites submissions on non-network options reports to their demand management coordinator and outlines their current initiatives which at present does not include an incentive payment scheme for the implementation of non-network operations.
