As reported by RenewEconomy, GreenSync have been announced as one of five winners of GE’s Ecomagination Challenge. The competition which had 191 entries and 35 finalists was open to companies specialising in wave energy, smart grid, water efficiency, recycling and carbon free engines. GE CEO and chairman Jeff Immelt was in Australia to present the winners with their $100,000 cheques.
